Product Updates

1 .New laminate available

After printing your photo on canvas, we spray the print with a high quality, protective laminate that is designed to ensure your print lasts longer than you do. The laminate stops fading from UV light for up to 75 years, is almost waterpoof, can be easily cleaned, and stops dust collecting on your print.

In one trial we conducted, a canvas print sprayed with this laminate was put through a standard washing machine cycle. Amazingly, there was no visible deterioration of the ink. This is quite incredible, given that we even added washing powder to the load.

The laminate has traditionally been available only in Lustre finish. However, we are now able to offer you a choice of Matt, Lustre, or Gloss finish.

The gloss is easiest to clean, but can make viewing difficult in strong light (due to reflection). The matt is a really nice choice for portraits, while the gloss is more suited to landscape images. If you cannot decide, then why not choose lustre, a great combination of both.

Till next time...
